He is survived by: his father Stanley Powell; his wife Patricia Powell; his children, Steven Powell (Michelle), Katie Sexton (Jason) and Mandy Ruble (Corey); his brothers, Bill Powell (Joanne) and Jerry Powell (Patty); his grandchildren, Alex Strader, Jenna Golding (Sam), Matt Powell, Abbey Sexton, Laney Ruble and Carter Ruble; and his great grandchildren, Alik Davis and Lucy Strader.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Gard Funeral Home to assist with caring for those who lovingly supported Tom and Patty during their final days together.
