She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Lacewell (Hatfield) and Dorsie Beatty; her sons, David L. Shockey and Mark L. Shockey; her siblings, Dorsie Beatty, Eve Blodgett and Betty Shroyer; and her children-in-law, Jack Scaheffer and Tracey Shockey.

She is survived by: her husband Robert L. "Bob" Schultz; her children, Diane Schaeffer, Debra "Debbie" Wenclewicz (Christopher) and Michael "Mike" Shockey; and her sisters, Phyllis Cornett and Eleanor Alcorn (Austin). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
