She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Norheimer and Kathryn Norheimer (Harsh); her husband John Randall "Randy" Webner; and her great grandchild Coraline Jane Smith. She is survived by: her children, Jack Webner (Marsha) and Pam Preston (Chuck); her sister Shirley Bean; her grandchildren, Connor Webner (Cheyenne), Hannah Smith (Austin) and Wesley Preston; and her great grandchildren, Hazel Rae Webner, Kiley Dawn Preston, Elowyn Jean Smith and Hayden Devon John Webner. She is also survived by great granddaughter on the way, as well as other family members and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Central Presbyterian Church (4699 Lamme Rd, Moraine, OH 45439). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
