She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Banks and Sarah Banks (Dunn); her husband Paul Tyra; and her siblings-in-law, Ray, Geneva Tyra, Ken, Janice Tyra, Tom Tyra and Jim Hensley.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Tobe Tyra (Faye) of Jeffersonville, KY, Lee Tyra (Ida) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Glenn Tyra (Faye) of Lebanon, OH, Bill Tyra (Kathy) of Jeffersonville, KY, Geraldine Townsend (Raymond) of Jeffersonville, KY, Wilma Ratliff of Mt. Sterling, KY and Linda Hensley of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her friends, Dr. Gail Askew (Scott Trevethan), Mary Jo Mikesell, Dale and Kim Tussy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Mrs. Chloie Lois Tyra.
