She was predeceased by : her parents, Reubin Marcum and Senie Marcum (England); her husband George Grubb; her daughter Bernice Thacker; and her sisters, Susie Bush and Hazel Smith.

She is survived by : her children, Beulah Moritz and George Grubb, Jr.; and her siblings, Sally Jones, Dewey Marcum (Lillian) and Charlie Marcum. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

“Wayne and Diane Bush want you to know how much we love you all. Edith was a very special person. When she was well Wayne would call her every Saturday. They talked and laughed and caught up on things. If he was to be late calling her she would call him because she thought something was wrong. Edith was special to Wayne especially after Susie passed away. Love and prayers to you all”
