He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Kohlbacher and Edna Kohlbacher (Snyder); his wife Sidney M. "Sid" Kohlbacher (Paige); his son Robert S. Kohlbacher; his sister Dorothy Johnson; and his brother-in-law Charles "Bud" Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Toni Duncan (Steve), Timothy Kohlbacher (Kathy) and Terri Hammond (James); his daughter-in-law Lois Kohlbacher; his grandchildren, Shelley Profitt, Stephanie Davis (Bill Smith), Shawn Duncan, Heather Wise (David), Tiffany Presgraves, Kyle Kohlbacher (Katie), Calvin Kohlbacher, Tracy Lenz (Matt) and Christy Crider (Jason); his great grandchildren, Anthony Philpot, Chelsea Philpot, Tyler Davis, Scarlette Duncan, Hannah Wise, Taylor Wise, Dawson Wise, Autumn Wise, Victoria Presgraves, Abigail Kohlbacher, Lilly Kohlbacher, Caleb Lenz, Mackenzie Crider and Madison Lenz; his great great grandchild Lydia Davis; his niece Dorothe Jo Baker (Ken); and his close friend Buddy Rohrer (Jeanne). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Swart Funeral Home (207 E Central Ave, West Carrollton, OH 45449). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton or to the charity of your choice in memory of Mr. Harry J. Kohlbacher, Jr.
