He was predeceased by : his parents, Mila Stephens (Trent) and George C. Stephens; and his brother Douglas Stephens. He is survived by : his brothers, Roger Stephens (Carole), Ralph Stephens (Karen) and Tony Stephens (Sherry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
