He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Isham; his parents, Ray Isham and Carrie Vann-Isham; his brothers, Marvin and Otis Isham; his son-in-law Blaine Fryman; and his cousins, Allen Vann, Patricia Vann-Harris and Jerry Vann-Orndorf.
He is survived by: his daughters, Scherry A. Staley (Alan) and Angela D. Fryman; his stepson Gary L. Smith (Lori); his grandson Eric; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Carter, Paisley Porter, Averie and Hallie Staley. He is also survived by Many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In place of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to Dayton Children's Hospital Oncology services, where his great-granddaughter, Hallie Staley, received treatment.
