She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert L. Casey and Mary Alice Casey (Davis); her siblings, Linda Cobo, Sam Casey and Herb Casey; and her children-in-law, Donnie Evans, Freda Fields and Sharon Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Perkins, Barbara Ginter (Martin), Robin Ann Fowler (Harry), Kimberly Evans, Daniel B. Fields, David L. Fields, Timothy "Tim" Fields (Kim) and Phillip E. Fields; and her sister Karen Sue Casey (Ernie Parker). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Swart Funeral Home (207 E Central Ave, West Carrollton, OH 45449). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
