It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ruark of West Carrollton, Ohio, who passed away on September 19, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Ruark to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eppie A. Clark-Jennings (Flannery) and William McKinley Clark; her son Paul Gregory Russell; and her siblings, Vivian Perkins, Velma Warwick, Trula Marlow, Talmadge Clark and Lewis D. Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Brun (John), Lisa Harville and Brian N. Russell; her grandchildren, Courtney Burge, Michael G. Russell (Amy), Britney Garber (Kenny), Morgan Zimmerman (Jonathan), Brooklyn Nickoson (Jake), Boston Russell, David Brun and Megan Harrison; and her great grandchildren, Jonnah, Willow, Palmer, Cole, Brooklyn, Judah and Ava. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Moraine Heights Baptist Church, (Mission Fund) 5661 Munger Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459 in honor of Ms. Shirley L. Ruark.
