He was predeceased by: his father Homer Sweeney; his aunts, Precilla "Patty" Shumaker, Judy Sweeney and Geraldine Leet; and his uncle Tommy Sweeney.
He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Sweeney (Shumaker); his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Sweeney (Heather) and Deana Jordon (Kevin); his nephews, Justin Jordon and Chuckie Sweeney (Kenzie); his niece Kaitlyn Jordon; his great-niece Zayda Sage; his great-nephews, Rylan Jordon and Bryce Sweeney; and his cousins, Cheryl Roberts and Doug Roberts (Lori). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Swart Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
