Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Betty Neighbors of West Chester, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 100, on January 29, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Moore and Reah Moore; her husband Joseph; her sisters, Verna Patrick (John) and Evelyn Petit (Quentin); her nephews, John and Quentin Petit; her great great grandchild Stephen Shelton; her grandson Stuart Arnett; and her niece Drusilla Westall.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Smith (Wilfred), Barbara Lewter (Randall), Beverly Shelton (Guy) and Brenda Arnett (Kenneth). She is also survived by her 20 Grandchildren, 21 Great-Grandchildren, and 4 Great-Great- Grandchildren, 2 Nieces and Nephews, 20 Great- Nieces and Nephews, 25 Great-Great-Nieces and Nephews.
