Stamps of West Chester, Ohio, born in Monterey, Tennessee, who passed away on May 1, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Olive; his parents, John Mitchell and Stella Katherine Stamps; his siblings, Raymond Stamps, Arvil Stamps and Illa Barnett; and his in-laws, Thelma, Leo Rossman and Bob Holsinger.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Jones (Bill), Susan Scott (Terry) and Jeff Stamps (Nancy); his sister Lula Belle King; his in-laws, Don Fogleman (Brenda), Jess Fogleman (Mary), Barry Fogleman (Helen) and Linda Holsinger; and his pet Katie. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren and 15 Great Great Grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
