She was predeceased by: her parents, Melburn Waithman and Hazel Waithman (Wutrick); and her husband David Edward Barth. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Barth (Jane) of Mansfield, TX, Karen Johnson (Dennis) of Cincinnati, OH and Marcella Boston of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
