He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Sullivan and Connie Sullivan; and his brothers, Barry Sullivan and Wayne Sullivan. He is survived by: his brother Mike Sullivan (Pam); his nephews, Jeremy Sullivan and Chad Railsback; his niece Wendy Eifert (Paul); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, James Bailey, Evan Sullivan, Melody Sullivan, Karsyn Railsback and Parker Railsback.
