She is survived by: her husband Lowell Flint; her brother Leon (Verna); her daughters, Karen Stipp (Mike), Kathy Flint (Staycie) and Lisa Waters (John); her grandchildren, Brian Stipp (Elizabeth), Amy Chiu (Stephen), Carolyn Khaddaj (Rashad), Bryce Flint, Angelica Flint, Katherine Morsie (Rodney), Brittany Smith (Derek) and Alex Waters (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Isaac Stipp, Suzanna Stipp, Elijah Stipp, Rozalie Stipp, Beatriz Stipp, Marigold Stipp, Timothy Chiu, Joshua Chiu, Karina Chiu, Marie Morsie, Ava Morsie, Lemuel Combs, Jasper Combs and Willoughby Combs. She is also survived by her brother and his family, with her children, and with good friends.
