He was predeceased by : his parents, Mose Warner and Lola Marshall Warner; and his wife Mary Evelyn Lofton Warner. He is survived by : his children, Eugene T. Warner, Jr., Dennis Albert Warner, O. Melissa Moorman, C. Vanessa Brown and Carmen Yvette Warner; and his siblings, Lelia Bivens, Clara Warner, Charles Warner, Mose Wilson Warner, Mary Warner Davis, Alice Warner, James E. Warner, Sr., Barbara Warner Thompson, William Warner and Elizabeth Warner. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, fifty one great grandchildren and seventeen great great grandchildren.
