He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Eugene and Minnie Mae Spence; and his siblings, Robert Spence, Ernie Spence and Dolly Cruze.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Chandler (Brian) of Eaton, Larry Spence of West Chester and Steve Weaver of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; his grandchildren, Jesika Spence, Josh Chandler and Julianna Chandler; his great grandchildren, Chloe Rose and Victoria Rose; and his sister Barbara Williams (Evelyn Laughters) of West Chester, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be sent to Crossroads Hospice.
