He is survived by: his wife Marsha Johnston; his children, Courtney Kasselman and Eric Johnston; his grandchildren, Michael Kasselman, Luke Johnston, Audrey Kasselman, Lennon Johnston and Lewis Johnston; his children-in-law, Mike Kasselman and Alexis Johnston; and his brother Tim Johnston.
