He is survived by: his wife Krista Greider Smith; his daughters, Alexandra Moser (Casey) and Brooke Dinkelacker (Sam); his stepdaughter Mackenzie Blankenship; his parents, Norb Smith and Sherry Smith; his sister Lisa Urbaetis (Eric); his grandchildren, Bodhi, Annie Moser and Reed Dinkelacker; his pet Samson; his niece Alison Nance (Sam); his nephew Nicholaus Urbaetis (Neha); his great-niece Sloane; and his great-nephew Adam. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Center Pointe Christian Church (5962 Hamilton Mason Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45011).
