She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert N. Bray and Nellie Bray (Tuggle); her husband Corbett Lewis; her sons, Corbett Lewis Jr. and James Lewis; her grandchildren, Charlotte Ferguson (Kempf) and David Lewis; and her siblings, Paul Bray, Jerry Bray, Arneda Caudell, Opal McCoy, Ernie Bray and Ernest Bray.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn "Kay" Clevenger and Glenda King (Steve); her grandsons, Robert Ferguson (Daisy), Jimmy King (Kristy), Johnny King (Kacey) and Brett Lewis; her sister Violet Cox; and her daughter-in-law Pat Lewis. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
