He is survived by: his wife Doris; his sons, Kenneth A. Couch (Catherine) and Phillip A. Couch (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Anna, Sam, Amanda, Mackenzie and Veronica Couch; and his siblings, Doris Daughtry and David Couch (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
