He is survived by: his wife Betty Yates (Witten); his mother-in-law Julia Elizabeth Witten Davis; his daughter Christie Evans (Christopher) of Rocky River, Ohio; his siblings, Perry Yates, William Wright (Erin), Diana Lee McGraw (Buck) of Flatwoods, Kentucky, Brenda Kay Conley of Flatwoods, Kentucky and Kathy Ellen Henry of Flatwoods, Kentucky; his siblings-in-law, Gary Salyers and Kathy Witten; his grandchildren, Madison, Morgan Kaylor, Claudia and Warren Evans; his nephews, Rich Russell (Tanya) and Rob Witten; and his niece Mary Beth Kaylor. He is also survived by many loving relatives, and friends.
