He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brown and Laura Cooper Brown; his former wife Janet Brown; his sisters, Ramona Chamberlin and Judy Johnson; his stepson Christopher Boggs; and his granddaughter Natasha Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Eagleson Brown; his stepchildren, Nadia Trevio (Dustin) and Kenzie Boggs; his children, Robert W. Brown (Ann), Roger W. Brown (Vicki), Richard L. Brown, Kristina Pinkerman, Becky Campbell (Mark), Shari Patterson (John), Sandy Bargdill (Jeff) and Stephanie Rookstool; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Chamberlin and Ray Johnson. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and thiry-seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brant Preston Funeral Service (422 Harding Ave, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
