He is survived by : his wife Tonya Hall; his children, Valerie Moser (Charles) and Joey Hall; his grandson Duffy Moser; his mother-in-law Brenda Ball; his sisters, Janice Greene (Nathan) and Jennifer Hall; his sisters-in-law, Tina Whitaker (Ron) and Tami West; and his nieces and nephews, Mackenleigh, Christian, Chloe, Caleb Greene, Kaleigh Johnston, Alli Yamamoto (Shayne) and Haley Whitaker. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.
