He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bruce and Linda Lucille O'Neal (Jacobs); his wife Tina O'Neal (Roberts); his stepdaughter Sherry Post (Roberts); his brothers, Daniel O'Neal and David O'Neal; his parents-in-law, Chester and Catherine Roberts; and his brother-in-law Ricky Roberts.

He is survived by: his daughter Dawn O'Neal; his daughter-in-law Polly Gordon; his daughter Summer Post; and his sisters, Sandy Perdew (Ralph) and Janet McClain (Jamie Elliot). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
