She is survived by: her sons, Mike Forrest (Diane), David Forrest (Vickie) and Mark Forrest (Sally). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral Home (1355 W Main St, West Jefferson, OH 43162).
