She is survived by : her mother Laura Alice Tibi; her husband Michael Clark; her children, Jacob Francis (Tracy), Meredith Kouhsari (John) and Daniel Francis (Adrianne); her grandchildren, Trevor, Megan Francis, Cora and Daphne Kouhsari; and her pets, Cody and Sophie. She is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Cancer Society in her honor.
