He was predeceased by : his parents, Jason Border and Chloe Border (Haugh); his siblings, Clayton, Dale, Don, Nevin and Thelma; and his son-in-law Terry Jackson.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara Mae Naugle; and his children, Larry (Carrie) of Salem, John (Susan) of West Lafayette, Timothy (Kimberly) of Granville, Betty Lu Jackson of Virginia Beach, VA and Yana Marie Vogelmeier (Tim) of Newark. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great grand children; and one great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be directed towards the Victory Baptist Church or Interim Hospice of Coshocton.
