He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lewis (Carroll); his grandchildren, Natasha Gambill (Jeremiah), Austin Lewis (Kristen), Jordan Daviet, Abigail Baker, Kadee Lewis and Claude Lewis; and his siblings, Steve Lewis (Pat), Kathy Brandon, Debi Salcido (Alonzo) and Teresa Lewis. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
