She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis F. Hawk and Miriam Hawk (Phillips); her husband George F. Green; her brother William Hawk; and her great grandchild Kendall Fortune.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Baker (Myron) of Coshocton, William Green (Diana) of Isletta and Thomas Green (Sandra). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
