With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty V. Lapp of West Liberty, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 16, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Johnson and Grace Johnson (Noble); her husband Daniel A. Lapp; her brother Dale Culler; her son-in-law Doug Loehr; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Kemper and Layla Kimbrough.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Lapp (Karen), Gail Lapp, Gloria Davis (Rick), Glenn Lapp (Julie) and Gina Loehr; her grandchildren, Lisa Holmes (Leroy), Lacey Kimbrough (Durrell), Jason Lapp (Gretchen), Andrea Claybaugh (Chad), Brittany Warrick (Eric), Dylan Davis (Kristen), Bradley Loehr, Andy Loehr (Mandy), Danny Loehr (Leah), Lindsey Sadlier (Joe), Amber Whitaker (Logan) and Austin Lapp (Chante); and her siblings, Jerry Johnson (Sharon), Bill Culler (Diana), Bruce Culler (Pam), Ronald Culler (Barbara) and Juanita Wilson. She is also survived by 32 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
