He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard K. Moffitt and Alma Moffitt (Sidders). He is survived by: his wife Jane Alcott; his children, Rick Moffitt (Kathy) of West Liberty and Missy Scott (Brad) of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Michael Moffitt (Josie), Renee Michelle Moffitt-Greene (Jeremy), Bailey Mosbarger (Daulton) and Turner Scott (Rayna); his great grandchildren, Riley, Dylan, Makayla, Jace, Viktoria and Molly; and his grandchildren, Braden, Audra, Chase, Nathaniel, Ezekiel, Isiah and Delilah.
