She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Adkins and Anna Adkins (Lewis); and her husband Harold "Bud" Jerome Elkins II. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Mae Spencer (Jeffrey) of Rushsylvania, Harold Jerome "Buddy" Elkins III (Marsha) of Huntsville, Marilyn Sue Straker (Chad) of Rushsylvania, Mark Wade Elkins (Kimberly) of Bellefontaine and Doris Rena Elkins (Carson "Jody" Long) of Huntsville; her siblings, Howard "Joe" Adkins of Scioto County, Delphia Maggard of Scioto County, Wanda Hurst of Hamilton and Sharon Lewis of Scioto County; her nephew Raymond Carl "Corky" Adkins, Jr. of Scioto County; and her sisters-in-law, Doris, Betty, Judy and Mary. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
