He is survived by: his wife Tammy Jean Lynch; his children, Dawna Lickfelt (Jeff) and Anthony Shaffer (Megan); his grandchildren, Allison Lickfelt, June Lickfelt, Sarah Lickfelt, Emily Lickfelt and AJ Shaffer; his father Elmer Gray Shaffer; and his sisters, Bev Bryant (Gary) and Martee Dunlap (Don). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
