He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Arlene Smith (Mefford). He is survived by: his children, Anthony Ryan Smith (Stephanie) and Angela Renee Smith; his siblings, Carolyn Roberts (Bill), David Smith (Diane) and Duane Smith; and his aunt Willadean O'Brien. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
