With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herman W. Kreutzer of West Liberty, Ohio, who passed away on August 19, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Louis Kreutzer and Alice Kreutzer (Little); his daughter Denise Lynn Ulsh; his son-in-law Kevin Ulsh; his grandchildren, Ashley Kay Cooney and Andrew Joseph Cooney; his siblings, Alice Balliant, Martha Jane Kreutzer, William Kreutzer and Arlene Nickerson; and his wife Barbara A. Montgomery.
He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Louise Cooney of Bellefontaine, Kevin Allen Kreutzer (Lisa) of Corona and Herman Dennis Kreutzer (Kathy) of West Liberty; and his granddaughter Nicole Lee Hess (Eric). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
