She is survived by: her children, Linda Carter Harris of Fullerton, Karen Deer (Chuck) of Bellefontaine, Mark Carter (Monica) of Indianapolis and James Taylor (Tami Cox) of East Liberty, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Nicole Hall (Eric), Dustin Deer (Jenny Lash), Dwight Harris (Kylie), Emily Harris (Dustin Warner) and Kaila Casteel (Adam); her siblings, Lou Clarkston of Northridge, Ohio, Carl Carter (Mary) of Springfield, Ohio, Willard Carter (Conny) of Boone and Francis Carter (Olive) of Mechanicsburg, Ohio; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Carter of Flat Rock, Michigan. and Charles Law of Springfield, Ohio.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
