He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L. Humphrey and L. Maude Humphrey (Kanagy); his siblings, Marvin (Gwen Humphrey), Milford Humphrey (Imogene), Infant Max Humphrey, Mildred Kells (Lloyd) and Marilyn Frost (Jerry); and his brothers-in-law, Dewitte Fox and Ron Ricard.
He is survived by: his wife Jenny Lee Humphrey (Mitchell); his sons, Fred (Yvonne) of West Liberty, Edward (Kara) of Beavercreek and Tim; his stepdaughter Laurie van Raalte (Marcus) of Clayton California; his sisters, Miriam Fox of Urbana and Marvalene Ricard; and his grandchildren, Beau, Chase, Logan Humphrey, Sabrina Perez and Megan van Raalte of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
