He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Neer and Barbara Neer (Cubbage); his mother-in-law D. Janie McClain; his brothers, Gary, Mike and Norman; his niece Ashley; and his nephew Mikie.
He is survived by: his wife Shanna McClain; his children, Samantha Neer (Brandon Stockton), Tyson Neer (Brice) and Sasha Neer (Justin Leiter); and his sister Dilys Coil. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory (5591 US-68, West Liberty, OH 43357).
