She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald M. Blackwell and Verda Blackwell (Hamel); and her sister Barbara K. Petty. She is survived by: her husband Richard R. Riley; her cousins, Mary E. Jackson (Robert), Sandy Law (Jim), Carolyn Alexander (Tom), Cindy and Vicki Maxson; and also, Michael and Kirsten Reid. She is also survived by children; and special friends.
