She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Roth and Emma Roth (Adams); her husband Donald R. "Jake" Hines; her siblings, Eugene Roth, Wanda Shilling and Helen Eaton; and her granddaughter Brenda.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Roth (Lisa), Dennis Hines, Tim Hines, Joe Hines, Lori Hines (Paul), Julie Hatfield (Pete) and Marlee Parker-Oglesbee (David); and her brother Sam Roth. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
