William W. Figley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William W. Figley of West Liberty, Ohio, who passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William W. Figley to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Figley and Maude Figley; his brother Arthur Figley; his wife Sharyn Figley (Atha); his son Greg Figley (Lori); and his grandson Kyle Downing (Carolyn).
He is survived by: his children, Chris Yoder (Ron) of Cable, Steve Figley (Joanna) of Gainesville, Dawn Downing (Ron) of Homestead, Lisa Trost of Forest and Tracy Figley (Vicki) of Xenia. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 49 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He played full-time in nursing homes for 17 years and only quit when COVID forced the nursing homes to close.
