She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Neal and Norma Neal (Rogers); and her sister-in-law Deb Neal. She is survived by: her husband Jack Silverthorn; her daughter Tori Case (John) of West Mansfield; her grandchild Mallory Case; her brothers, Jack Neal of Lima and Randy Neal (Robin) of West Mansfield; and her pet Irish Wolfhound.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home (201 S Franklin St, Richwood, OH 43344). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
