He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Elizabeth Folk, Junior, Pat Eleyet, Lowell and Jocele Brenner; his aunt Debra Tipple; his brother-in-law Timothy; and his niece Lucy.
He is survived by: his parents, Robert Eleyet (Gidget) and Patrcia Eleyet (Folk); his wife Alicia Eleyet (Morris); his daughters, Roslyn Underwood and Rileigh Eleyet; his aunt Sandra Eleyet; his siblings, Robert Eleyet (Jessica), Ken Eleyet (Heather), Stephen Workman (Dallas), Angel Brown (Mike), Ashley Morrow (John), Amber Eleyet (Dallas), Tiffany Dickerson (Glen) and Nikole Hensley (Brian); his uncle Ken Folk (Tina); and his in-laws, Artamia, Crystal, Shelbi (Jordan) and Drew.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rushsylvania Church of Christ (170 Mill St E, Rushsylvania, OH 43347). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
