He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Pilgrim and Georgie Marie Tolbert (Peebles); and his siblings, Hubert Tolbert, Sr., Elmo Tolbert, Lorine Williams, Mabel Peebles, Catherine Seem and Helen Steiner.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Crawford; his children, Gregory Tolbert (Liz) of Harker Heights, Ryan Tolbert (Sara) of Bloomdale, Ohio, Fran Plott (Jim) of Fernandina Beach, Kimberly Reinhard (Ethan) of Fostoria and Kelly McKelvey of Tiffin, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jamie, Chelsie, Lindsay, Whitney, Brent and Brice; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Colby, Jacob, Aubrey, Rylee, Coree, Peyton, Canon, Jemma, Alister, Sutter, Anneliese and Clyde.
