She is survived by : her daughter Shawna; her son-in-law Craig A. Burns; her son David F. Cox; her brother Carl H. Fugate; and her grandsons, Craig Alan Burns, Jr. (Taylor Anne) and Colton Riley Burns. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
