She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Hemmerich and Ellen M. Hemmerich (Kraus); her husband Joseph M. Allen Jr.; her parents-in-law, Joseph Sr. and Mary Allen (Elicker); her brothers-in-law, David Allen and James Turpin; and her pets, Redford, Allie, Shadow, Dusty and Jocko.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kathryn "Kathy" Bennington of West Milton and Robert "Rob" Hemmerich of Vandalia; and her siblings-in-law, Victoria Allen, Andra Lutz (Roger), Amy Toller (Scott) and Wendall Scott Allen (Victoria). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; cherished life long friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hale House (320 N Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SICSA Dayton or Milton-Union Alumni Association.
