He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Watkins and Lavera Ann (Hoewischer); and his brother Brian Heaston. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean (Jankowiak); his children, Rebecca Williams of Rapid City, MI, Carolyn Wenning (Douglas) of Troy, Julie Brown (Aaron) of Troy and Matthew Heaston (Ashley) of Fountain Inn, SC; his grandchildren, Elias, Clara Wenning, Kaylin Nivens and Jonathan Hill; and his sister Lorna Furderer (Jack) of New Carlisle.
