He is survived by: his wife Regina Lynn Crow (Howard); his daughters, Amanda Trittschuh (Scott) of West Milton and Carrie Brown (Eric) of West Milton; his grandchildren, Megan (Larry), Madison (Logan), Eric (Laci), Braden and Keaton; and his sisters, Donna Smith of Ludlow Falls and Iona Emrick of West Milton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home (284 N Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home (284 N Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Riverside Cemetery Cemetery.
